HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our price are competitive with industry standards. Some items that affect the price are drilling through concrete, working around trees and hedges, sall crawl space on pier and beam, and the distance traveled.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Most jobs take 14 to 16 days to complete from start to finish, depending on the size of the job. Seven days to dig, install steel and pour concrete. Seven days for the concrete to cure. One day to level, backfill and clean up.
We also install concrete piers. The advantages of the concrete pier are:
1.It is a permanent solution
2. Depth of the pier can be visually verified
3. Soils can be checked visually
4. Alignment can be visually
5. Concrete is steel reinforced
6.The bell botom greatly increases the load bearing capacity

What happens if I don't fix it?
