Wooden Post being attached to a Helical Pier

Baird Foundation Repair was hired to install a new Helical Pier and Beam foundation for an old San Antonio Church with a sinking foundation.

In this video, a Helical Pier was placed into the ground with a modified Helical cap attached to the top of the Helical Pier. Multiple wooden posts were dropped inside the Helical Cap then drilled and bolted to stay in place. Rusty, our production manager (in gray) is drilling a hole to insert the screw so that he can bolt it on the other side.
