Having no experience in the foundation repair industry, I feel like I’ve learned so much already. Baird is a great place to work, but you have to have the right mindset and be willing to actually work. That being said, I enjoy coming in every day and when the workday is over I’m never expected to stay late or dip into my personal life. Being on the marketing team, I really enjoy the people I work with every day, and am so grateful for the flexibility I am given in trying new things, not to mention the experience I am gaining.
