Solution
After contacting Baird Foundation Repair, the homeowner scheduled a full inspection with our team. Our System Design Specialist determined that unstable soil beneath the patio had caused the slab to settle. To permanently address the issue, we recommended our PolyLevel® concrete lifting system along with NexusPro® Joint Sealant. Our crew drilled small holes into the patio slab and injected high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the concrete. As the foam expanded, it filled voids in the soil and carefully lifted the patio back to its proper position. Once stabilized, we sealed all joints and cracks with NexusPro® to help prevent water intrusion and future soil erosion.

The back patio was successfully restored to a safe, level, and visually appealing condition.
