Challenge
A homeowner in Nolanville, TX became increasingly concerned about the condition of her pool deck and poolside walkway. Over time, sections of the concrete had settled unevenly, causing one side of the walkway to sink while another had pulled apart. The resulting gaps and height differences created a serious tripping hazard, especially during visits from her grandson. Solution
After a thorough inspection, our System Design Specialist determined that the best solution was to lift, level, and stabilize the affected concrete using our PolyLevel® system. Our production team carefully drilled small holes into the sunken slabs and injected high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the concrete. As the foam expanded, it gently raised the slabs back to their proper position. To complete the repair, NexusPro® Joint Sealant was applied to all visible joints and cracks, helping prevent water infiltration and reducing the risk of future soil erosion beneath the pool deck.
Result
The completed repair restored the poolside walkway to a safe, level condition and eliminated the dangerous trip hazards that had concerned the homeowner. The pool deck now provides a more attractive appearance, improved functionality, and greater peace of mind for family gatherings.
