Challenge
A homeowner in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX noticed growing cracks and uneven areas throughout their driveway. While the damage initially seemed cosmetic, the settling concrete began impacting the home’s appearance and raised concerns about long-term property value. During the inspection, our System Design Specialist discovered that soil washout beneath the driveway had created voids under the concrete slabs. Without repair, continued settlement and water intrusion could lead to additional cracking and more extensive damage over time.
Solution
To permanently address the issue, our team recommended a customized 3 – part concrete repair and driveway repair solution designed to stabilize and protect the existing concrete.
Using the PolyLevel® system, our production team injected high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the slabs through small installation points to fill the voids and carefully lift the concrete back toward its original position. After stabilization, NexusPro® Joint Sealant was applied to all visible cracks and joints to help block water infiltration and reduce future soil erosion. To complete the project, we treated the driveway with SealantPro® to provide long-term protection against moisture, chemicals, and surface deterioration.
Result
Once the work was complete, the homeowner’s driveway was restored with a smoother, more even appearance and improved durability. The repaired surface not only enhanced curb appeal but also helped protect the property from future concrete movement and continued settlement.
