Recently, we had the privilege to work on a stunning historic home in San Antonio, TX, that faced significant issues with its crawl space. The homeowner reached out to us after noticing elevated humidity levels, unpleasant odors, and concerns about potential mold growth—all indicators that their crawl space required urgent attention.

Solution 

Our System Design Specialist conducted an on-site assessment and recommended a full Crawl Space Encapsulation using our CleanSpace product. CleanSpace is a robust, bright white liner designed to transform damp, mold-prone crawl spaces into dry, clean, and energy-efficient areas.

Our production team executed the installation with a keen focus on preserving the historic character of the house. Special attention was given to maintaining the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal while sealing the entire crawl space, including around pipes and posts, which are common entry points for moisture.

This solution not only controlled humidity and odors but also deterred pests and improved energy efficiency. Upon completion, the homeowner quickly noticed a significant reduction in humidity and the elimination of musty smells.
