Had my entire foundation stabilized by Baird Foundation Repair. My team of Luis Rojas, Chris, Moses, Leo and Jimmy were awesome, very polite and professional. They kept me informed daily and where always on time when they said they would arrive. They work very well well together as everyone seemed to have a role and knew exactly what to do and when. We selected Baird because we heard from Realtors and insurance agents that they were the best for foundation repair. We have extensive repairs with new piers and beams and have been entirely satisfied with their work. Our crew this week has been Michael, Zae, and Rene, and they have been helpful in explaining the repairs and also preserving our shrubs. Baird's own engineer and the City of Alamo Heights' engineer approved the design and the work. Already, interior doors that were stuck have come unstuck.

Now really who wants to pay a lot of money to fix a foundation because it has settled? Not me! But life gives you a slap every now and then, and you just have to deal with it.
After doing some research on foundation slab leveling I decided to give Baird a call and set up an appointment to get more information and an estimate for the repair. To be honest,I was shocked by the price, but I'm also not the type of person to let a problem go unaddressed just to become a disaster later. Jumping forward to the day of installation... The crew showed up on time and they started setting up ther work area. Jesus Garcia introduced himself to me and explained what was going to happen and even asked if I wanted to see them push he peirs in later. Of course I did! I had a couple of questions and he was happy to answer them. So Jesus, Zach Haden, and Albert Sierra got to work. Wow! They are an efficient crew. They had their tools laid out and ready so they weren't constantly going to the truck or searching around to find where it was laid down. They were all working and with the exception of a short lunch break, never stopped. The only thing left to do for the next day was to have their work inspected by a 3rd party and backfill the holes. By the time they were done you can't tell anything was really done. They did a great job from beginning to end and made the damage all be disappear.

They explained everything from the beginning to the end what they were going to do & what the results would be like. Looks great no more big opening between the concrete & the house. We had extensive work done to replace joists and base plates under our 92 year old house. The entire team was professional and paid close attention to detail throughout the job. It started with our sales rep, Brandon, and continued on through the crew that came to do the work. The crew was led by Juan and supported by Carlos and Israel, along with the rest of the crew doing the work. I could not be more pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend Baird for any pier and beam foundation work.
