We had extensive work done to replace joists and base plates under our 92 year old house. The entire team was professional and paid close attention to detail throughout the job. I hired Baird Foundation Repair due to a sagging corner on my driveway after Hurricane Harvey had washed away the soil underneath. Overtime, the driveway had developed several cracks and had obvious gaps underneath. I was sold Baird’s products and processes largely due to their professionalism and responsiveness from the time of my initial inquiry. Brittany met with me several months ago, was very professional, provided the bulk of the information I needed to make my decision, and was very thorough in her explanations. Courtney (foreman) and Javier completed my project today over a course of two days. I was very impressed by them as well. They were very professional, courteous, communicated the project schedule well and explained every step of the process. They both worked tirelessly in this coastal summer heat! I also appreciated how they cleaned up as they went and made sure all my questions were answered. While I already am very impressed by the science and technology, time will tell if the products (the foam and joint sealant) withstand the tests of time. (I live on the coast.) But based on what I have experienced up to this point with Baird, I would highly recommend this company!

Before I hired a foundation repair company I did some research and found that Baird Foundation Repair was the most qualified for my repair. I was very satisfied with the process and how they took the time to show me how the repairs were done. I would like to thank Cesar Ramirez and his crew for a job well done. They were also very understanding when it came to my scheduling. The last day of the job I had to go to an important meeting and was not available for the completion of the job but they went ahead and came back out the next morning to finalize all of the paperwork. Marco, Roman & Jackie, their supervisor, fixed our sidewalk in half a day's work. It had 2 significant cracks, one of which was about a 1-inch trip hazard. John Vela, their System Design Specialist, also removed some brick pavers in our back yard so they could fix the crack in the slab underneath a walkway. He'll be coming back in two days to put the pavers back. They all did a great job. We're very happy with the way it looks.
