Challenge
A homeowner in Cibolo, Texas, noticed their driveway was beginning to crack and show signs of settling. Wanting to address the problem before it became worse, they scheduled an inspection with Baird Foundation Repair. During the inspection, our System Design Specialist found voids beneath sections of the driveway that were leaving the concrete without proper support. After seeing the value of our recommended solutions, the homeowner decided to protect the entire driveway rather than wait for the damage to progress.
Solution
To restore and protect the driveway, our team developed a comprehensive concrete repair plan using PolyLevel®, NexusPro®, CompressionGuard®, and SealantPro®. PolyLevel was injected beneath the affected concrete to fill voids and help lift and stabilize the slabs. Next, NexusPro was used to seal cracks and joints, helping prevent water from reaching the soil beneath the driveway. CompressionGuard was installed to reinforce vulnerable areas and provide additional protection, while SealantPro was applied to help shield the concrete from moisture and other damaging elements.
Results
The Cibolo homeowner now has a more stable and protected driveway. By addressing the underlying voids, cracks, and areas of concern early, Baird Foundation Repair helped prevent further deterioration and extend the life of the concrete.
