A San Antonio homeowner noticed uneven concrete along the edge of his driveway, raising concerns about potential future damage. With his son frequently parking on that side, the family wanted to prevent further settling and ensure a safe, usable driveway.
Solution
Baird Foundation Repair scheduled a home inspection with our System Design Specialist to assess the situation. The team determined that soil erosion and water infiltration had caused the slab to settle unevenly. To solve the problem, we installed our three-part concrete protection system:
- PolyLevel® – Small holes were drilled in the affected concrete, and high-strength polyurethane foam was injected to lift and stabilize the slab.
- NexusPro® Joint Sealant – Cracks and joints were sealed to prevent water infiltration and future settling.
- SealantPro® – A protective barrier was applied to extend the driveway’s durability against water and chemical exposure.
Result
