Many of you reading this have likely had work done on your own homes by a contractor or know someone who has. How often can we say those experiences have been stellar? Few, we suspect, if any. In fact, most homeowners feel working with contractors is a major inconvenience.

Contractors who don’t show up on time, if at all. Contractors that don’t leave an estimate. Contractors that don’t return calls or clean up after themselves. Sound familiar?

Honestly, we think that’s ridiculous.

At Baird Foundation Repair, we think the contractor-homeowner experience can and should be better. We envision a world where every single “touch” from the contractor not only exceeds expectations but also creates new expectations for how a homeowner should be treated. In other words, we want to raise the bar so you expect more the next time you hire an electrician, plumber, or landscape contractor.
