Foundation Repair

Baird uses state-of-the-art solutions to provide long-lasting foundations.

Cracked walls, sticky doors and uneven floors are all signs of foundation problems. If left untreated, foundation issues can lead to structural damage, slab leaks, plumbing problems and more. We use the latest piering solutions to provide a permanent fix for your home’s foundation. As a Supportworks dealer for all of Texas, we install exclusive warrantied foundation products to give you a solid, secure and safe foundation.

Our products have been developed to not just meet but exceed industry standards and ensure that your foundation problems are fixed for good. Increase your home’s value, restore structural integrity and live more comfortably with foundation repairs from Baird.

Our Solutions

Push Piers

The Supportworks push pier system utilizes high-strength round steel tubes and a load transfer bracket to stabilize and lift sinking or settling foundations. The foundation bracket is secured against the existing footing and pier sections are driven hydraulically through the foundation bracket and into the soil below using the combined structural weight and any contributory soil load as resistance. Our steel push piers feature a patented external sleeve that strengthens the pier at the critical tension point below the bracket.

Helical Piers

Best for light structures like decks and concrete stairs, our helical pier system is effective and versatile for stabilizing and restoring foundations and masonry elements like brick, limestone, and adobe. The helical pier owes its name to the helical plates at the pier’s shaft that help pull the pier into the soil during installation and serve as an anchor as the weight of the foundation or structure is transferred to the pier.

Smart Jacks

The SmartJack® is a support system for crawl spaces with sagging beams and floors that have weakened over time due to high moisture and rot. It can also be used to support columns where an existing column or pier foundation has settled. The SmartJack® can support up to 30,000 pounds and has been tested to ensure that the system meets industry and national standards, and is a permanent fix for your business or infrastructure.

Slab Pier System

Slab piers are push piers designed specifically to stabilize and (in some cases) raise slabs that have settled. Requiring minimal excavation, slab piers are driven into the soil deep enough to connect and stabilize the slab to load-bearing soil or bedrock where slabs have settled and are completely hidden once installed. The specially designed brackets connect the top of the pier to the underside of the slab, to stabilize and/or raise the slab back to its original position.

Trust We've Earned

We called Baird cause our foundation was definitely in trouble. Our doors were sticking and it was becoming noticeable how much our home was beginning to lean. Baird was informative and helpful throughout the entire process! It took 5 days with the great work from the Foreman, Joshua and his crew Ryan and Mike! They did an amazing job and kept me informed through the entire process. Now my doors don't stick and I can rest soundly knowing that I had an exemplary crew who did the work! Thank you Baird for a job well done! Would highly recommend!

Working with Baird Foundation has been a complete delight. Their staff is competent, qualified, and professional. We were relieved when they were able to finish our project a little ahead of schedule and on budget. They even left the grounds on our property better than they found them-- Improving curb appeal. Their focus on detail and their communication with us during the entire process eased the anxiety of having this kind of work done on our home. Joshua was awesome at explaining everything. From the first person in our house, to the sub-contracted plumbing inspectors, to the engineer, to the last inspector, each was a pleasure to work with- and our main contact - Joshua - was very patient in answering all our questions and concerns. If you require foundation work, we highly recommend Baird Foundation Repair. We couldn't be happier with the outcome here. These folks are true professionals and I am so glad we chose them.
