Aaron was born and raised in San Diego, California, and graduated from California State University, Long Beach, where he discovered his passion for sales and customer service. With more than six years of sales experience, Aaron has found his home at Baird Foundation Repair, where he enjoys helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments.
Aaron has completed comprehensive training in designing solutions for crawl space and foundation problems. Aaron is a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist through Foundation Supportworks. His knowledge, hands-on experience, and commitment to finding the right solution for each homeowner make him a trusted resource for families across Texas.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys staying active and embracing a little friendly competition. Whether he’s playing volleyball, golfing, or hitting the basketball court, he’s always up for a challenge. He also values spending quality time with family and friends, which helps him stay grounded and energized.
Aaron is proud to be part of the Baird Foundation Repair team and is passionate about providing homeowners with permanent foundation solutions they can count on. He looks forward to helping every customer achieve greater confidence and peace of mind in their home.
