Charles was born and raised in Huntsville, Texas, and has built a career around sales and customer service. After spending the past four years helping customers find the right solutions, he found a home at Baird Foundation Repair, where he enjoys helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments. Charles has completed comprehensive training in designing solutions for crawl space and foundation problems and is a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist through Foundation Supportworks. His training and hands-on experience have equipped him with the knowledge to recommend permanent solutions tailored to each home’s needs. Outside of work, Charles is a passionate sports fan who enjoys cheering on Houston teams and Texas A&M. He’s also a big college football fan, an avid movie enthusiast who collects movie screen prints, especially from horror films, and proudly embraces his inner gamer. Charles is proud to be part of the Baird Foundation Repair team and believes in the permanent foundation solutions Baird provides to families across Texas.
