We had extensive work done to replace joists and base plates under our 92 year old house. The entire team was professional and paid close attention to detail throughout the job. It started with our sales rep, Brandon, and continued on through the crew that came to do the work. The crew was led by Juan and supported by Carlos and Israel, along with the rest of the crew doing the work. I could not be more pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend Baird for any pier and beam foundation work.

Francisco and his crew are very professional and do some great work. Francisco was very transparent throughout the entire project. Francisco answered and explained every question I had thoroughly. Jonathan and his supervisor came out to work on our driveway and the outcome was outstanding. We had the water line underneath the cracked concrete, they leveled it and made it look much better than before. It is so nice to have an intact driveway again.
