We selected Baird because we heard from Realtors and insurance agents that they were the best for foundation repair. We have extensive repairs with new piers and beams and have been entirely satisfied with their work. Our crew this week has been Michael, Zae, and Rene, and they have been helpful in explaining the repairs and also preserving our shrubs. Baird's own engineer and the City of Alamo Heights' engineer approved the design and the work. Already, interior doors that were stuck have come unstuck.

Yes, I am giving 5 stars out of 5. We called Baird Foundation Repair few days ago (on Thursday) because we were interested in getting our driveway fixed and we needed multiple estimates and this company was one of them. Kyle Toups came to do the estimate and boy, like I was telling him about many stories about how we had to go through many "incompetent" workers in the past just recently, he was very REFRESHING to have to come to talk to because he explained everything in DETAIL unlike the others. Every question I asked, he explained in a way that we could understand and surely, I definitely learned 'a lot' of information from him. From my experience, it is hard to find a person like him who is honest, factual, detailed, and convincing at the same time. I would like to tell Baird Foundation Repair that the man needs a raise or promotion for his professionalism. What a refreshing feeling it is to have a competent person to ask a question and to talk to. Thanks again to him (if he is reading) and these are all of my honest opinions and experience. Baird Foundation is truly at the top of their game. Kyle came out to do our quote and was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. From start to finish, the experience was consistent, professional, and reassuring across the entire company. They even work alongside engineers; unlike every other company we had out. Kyle took the time to explain everything, and made sure we actually understood what was going on instead of trying to sell us something. The entire experience felt honest and pressure-free. You can tell this company is consistent from top to bottom and genuinely cares about their customers, and doing things the right way. Now really who wants to pay a lot of money to fix a foundation because it has settled? Not me! But life gives you a slap every now and then, and you just have to deal with it.
After doing some research on foundation slab leveling I decided to give Baird a call and set up an appointment to get more information and an estimate for the repair. The crew showed up on time and they started setting up ther work area. Jesus Garcia introduced himself to me and explained what was going to happen and even asked if I wanted to see them push he peirs in later. Of course I did! I had a couple of questions and he was happy to answer them. So Jesus, Zach Haden, and Albert Sierra got to work. Wow! They are an efficient crew. They had their tools laid out and ready so they weren't constantly going to the truck or searching around to find where it was laid down. They were all working and with the exception of a short lunch break, never stopped. The only thing left to do for the next day was to have their work inspected by a 3rd party and backfill the holes. By the time they were done you can't tell anything was really done. They did a great job from beginning to end and made the damage all be disappear.

We recently had our concrete walkway, patio, and large driveway leveled, expansion gaps replaced, and everything sealed. Our project took 2 days to complete and was expertly done by Jesus and Aaron. Eventually I will level the home as preventative maintenance. Baird Foundation will be my first call when that time comes—specifically because of Kyle. His honesty and professionalism are exactly what I was looking for, and Baird delivered.

As a homeowner there seems to be a never-ending list of things to remodel and or repair. My wife and I finally got to working on the driveway. Time had taken its toll. There were cracks and uneven areas. We had both replacement and repair quotations.

The repair crew consisting of Ms. Valerie Valenzuela and Mr. Aaron Meredith showed up at the arranged date and time. Throughout the entire process they were extremely professional and competent. We did do an adder to the project by adding a stain to the repaired concrete. Ms. Valenzuela wrote a change order and a new date was set for completion. Again on time and great work.

We had extensive work done to replace joists and base plates under our 92 year old house. The entire team was professional and paid close attention to detail throughout the job. It started with our sales rep, Brandon, and continued on through the crew that came to do the work. The crew was led by Juan and supported by Carlos and Israel, along with the rest of the crew doing the work.
