Controller
WHAT YOU WOULD DO:
- Lead our accounting team
- Process payroll, incentives, and taxes
- Oversee A/R and A/P accounts
- Oversee inventory
- Provide accurate, responsive analysis, and reporting of financial information
- Prepare budgets and tax filings
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance is required
- CPA is desirable
- 5+ years of experience in accounting role
- Previous management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks Desktop
- Adaptable demeanor that can work to challenge the status quo
- Ability to collaborate with others with a “get it done” mentality
