I LOVE working for Baird! When I set out to look for a new job I wasn't too worried about getting hired somewhere, I was more focused on a better schedule as I am a single parent. When they reached out to me, I was really excited! The interview process was great. I could tell they actually take the time to look at who they want to be a part of the family. Now that I am here, I constantly tell everyone how great my job is! When people see how we do our team building they get jealous! I remember first meeting the Chaney’s they actually took time to get to know me, they asked about my children and my family. How many companies can you say care like that? I can. I can say my bosses are amazing people and we have so much fun!
