What a wonderful experience I had with Baird Foundation. Their employees are absolutely amazing. Jose, Marco, Courtney, and Josh all helped to do my concrete lifting and stabilization. From the very start they made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect of the day. All are very knowledgeable of the product and the process and were very willing to answer any questions I had. The workmanship was amazing. My pool deck, back patio, driveway, and sidewalk all are now level and look great. They made sure the job was done and stayed late until after 6pm to do so. Highly recommend Baird Foundation for your concrete repairs and foundation work. They will be the first and only call I make if I ever need anything done.
Baird foundation is top notch when it comes to house leveling. Jude was our systems design specialist and he helped us to pinpoint the exact area the foundation issues and he was very professional. There lift system is the best in the industry. I also want to give the crew that worked on our foundation a huge shout out. The job Forman was William Martinez and they did an excellent job. They kept us informed of any additional issues that they came across. After it was all completed they cleaned up very professionally. I highly recommend Baird Foundation repair for all your foundation repair needs.
We are so happy we found Baird Foundation Repair. We had a major sinkhole at the bottom of our 18 year old driveway; the wooden seams were wearing out and the Norfork Pines had almost turned the concrete black. Getting the estimate completed and accepted was very easy. The main office kept us informed about everything. Jackie and Courtney were spectacular and completed this major job in one day. They were attentive, answered all of our questions and were great to work with. Something we have not experienced consistently down here in South Texas… Customer service exemplified. We called on Baird to help us with a relative’s home more than 20 years ago. We loved the work they did and the care they took in getting the house back on a stable foundation. We also love the fact they are a Southside business that chose to remain on the Southside when they got their second location.
Since our home’s foundation needed to be repaired, we knew we could count on Baird. The Baird staff was great from the office staff to our installation crew and their supervisors. Our crew members were Roland, Damian and Jordan. They worked neatly around and inside our home. They were respectful and professional when getting the house ready for the lift. They showed up early, explained the process, answered our questions, and communicated with us every step of the way. They were flexible so we could be present while the lift was happening and careful to limit any damage to the interior and exterior of the home. They finished our project on time. We appreciate their work and help to give our home a stable foundation.
Rick G. and Chris K. did a lift for the addition to our home. They were on time, professional, neat, explained the process prior to beginning work and answered all questions. The process was efficient, did not make a big mess in the house as they drilled through my tile and when they finished you could hardly tell where the repair was made. They cleaned up their work area and asked if we had further questions prior to leaving. I would recommend these installers and Baird. The lift process is expensive but not as invasive as a traditional lift and all the voids are filled.
Courtney and Roman just left after spending the afternoon working on repairing our foundation where the driveway meets the garage. It turned out better than expected and we are so happy that we no longer have to look at sunken and cratered concrete! Both were polite professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Hopefully we won’t have any further foundation issues but if we do we will not hesitate to contact Baird asking for our Emmanuel who came out and evaluated our situation as well as Courtney and Roman who can get the job done right!!!
Very professional from the get go. After the initial walk through and elevation measurements Kelby sat us down and explained the problem area and gave us 3 options. 1 to address the initial problem and the other 2 options for peace of mind including piers around the entire foundation. Once a date was set, Mark and his crew arrived on the date/time as scheduled and were done quickly. I had 5 piers put in. The plumber showed up the same day to test for any leaks and all was clear. The following morning Mark and crew returned to pressurize and lift the problem area and then back filled the dirt. Not docking any stars but mark your sprinkler heads and make sure they are all in place before they leave. I laughed it off and when I pointed it out, they dug up the area and found the head and got it back in place. Kudos. I would recommend Baird to anyone looking for foundation repair/stabilization.
When I contacted a couple of foundation repair companies within my area, Baird Foundation was one of the few who immediately responded to my inquiry. I am glad to have chosen them to repair our house's foundation. Justin came over and did his inspection. He clearly explained what needs to be done. He was very professional and was never late for the appointments. Austin and his crew members, Gilbert & Lisaiah, were great! Austin called to let me know when they'll be arriving. He has communicated well and was very polite. They laid down plastic sheets across the yard to ensure the dirt wouldn't spread all over the place and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them for foundation repair works.
Tyler and Marco were great to work with, very professional and very informative as to the process and time frames.. when job was complete they cleaned everything up better than it was when they arrived.. I thank everyone involved with project.. very smooth, very professional, done in time frames and concrete looks good again.. it was new concrete I had poured about a year ago.. to see that large investment cracking up and looking like it did before they showed up was distressing to us so happy it’s fixed with a great warranty in case of trouble in future.. don’t expect trouble.. but nice to know they will cover it for a long time.. very happy we called Baird and that they sent quality people like Tyler and Marco!
