I hired Baird to level the foundation on my mother’s pier and beam home that was built in 1938. What transpired and what Baird brought to the table was nothing short of answered prayer and a blessing to all of my family. From day one when Poncho( Alfonso Guajardo) arrived to check it out, his manner and information left us knowing that this was going to be done right and done with the care the old house needed. From there, Roxie and Jordan in the office were so helpful to me, from dealing with the scheduling and finance end of the project and being so patient with me, they were wonderful! Then there was Juan and Nester and their crews to William, Alfredo, Jose and Darian and Diego, what they did and how they did it and how they communicated and told us what they were doing, we are still so amazed. When they were able to shore up the fireplace chimney allowing us to keep one of the landmark pieces of the house, my Mom cried with joy! So, I want to say thank you to all of those people and anyone I may have missed from all that has transpired in the last three weeks. You are all to be commended. We saw Baird Foundation Repair advertised on television...we like what we saw and called for an appointment. Brittany came and did a through survey of what was needed for our Driveway repair. She was professional and never tried to "upsell" us anything. We agreed to terms and our repair date was set. Today, 9 August 2024 two guys showed up right on time. Jeb, and Jose were 100% Professional. They offered to answer any and all questions that I might have with this process.. mind you, watching the video of what they do...was very educational, but... actually seeing the work being done was Amazing!! I actually watched my driveway get "Leveled". It was a very enjoyable experience. The final result were actually better than I expected. I mean, sure you watch a video, and see what they do, but to be there and see ....your driveway...transform from "not to good" to "Amazing" again... is really nice...my driveway looks better now, than it did 10 years ago. when it was originally poured. After they finished, they left my driveway 100% clean! Thank you again Jeb, and Jose for doing such an Awesome...Professional.. job. I had a good experience working with Baird Foundation Repair. Michael, the foreman, kept me informed throughout the project. He answered all my questions promptly. I got pictures throughout the entire process. The pictures helped me to understand the project. Julian and Dereck were also great to work with. The whole team was very polite and professional.
Was really wowed by the exceptional work done and the customer service. Baird staff stayed in contact with as promised, which is rare these days. Had a very positive experience with the Baird Foundation Repair. Found them through highly positive google reviews and they certainly met my expectations. Kelby came in first to do the initial inspection. Very professional. Took time to explain everything about what is going on with our foundation and the options to fix it. I was in a time constraint to get the work done soon. They were flexible to accommodate my request. Work was done by a very efficient and professional crew lead by the foreman Francisco. Francisco did an excellent job, kept me informed on the progress of the project. I would 100% recommend them to take care of foundation repairs.
The Baird Foundation Repair Team exceeded my expectations. The concrete leveling & repair Team led by Courtney was fantastic! They showed up earlier than expected (which was welcomed) & their job makes a cracked, ugly, unleveled patio around our pool look almost new! It looks great, and they did it in a record time. Courtney, Marco, David, Jackie & Jose were all very professional & friendly. I plan to have them back to level our sidewalk out front & seal & repair joints in our driveway in the near future! We also had our foundation secured as it was sinking after 10 years. That Team, led by James was also amazing! The job was completed exactly the way the salesperson outlined & it’s really an amazing process of digging the holes, driving the stabilizers into the ground until they hit bedrock, attaching the bracket under the foundation footing, and filling in the holes was simply amazing. The team had to dig 5 holes (2 of which were under a concrete pad - for the pool equipment) in this Texas heat, and it was simply amazing! I was worried sick about the potential damage to the ton of conduit from pool equipment to the pool, the sprinkler system & landscape lighting as the expense to repair all that would have been excruciating, but they avoided it all, and no damage was done, avoiding those costly repairs! James & his team, made up of Jesus & Sadorion, were all very professional & friendly. James kept me abreast of what they were doing all along the way & made sure he checked in when they arrived & checked out when they left. They were in & out in 3 days & it’s like they were never here & the feeling of the house being secure & not sinking anymore is a great piece of mind! Well done Team Baird!
Courtney and Jose just finished elevating and connecting my cracked patio foundation slabs with expanding foam. These two expert professionals did a wonderful job quickly. They even filled all the seams. This follows last week when Francisco, Frankie, and Jeb installed helical piers and steel beams to stabilize the foundation and keep it from sliding further from the house. This clay soil is horrid. These two teams of experts from Baird foundation get my highest recommendation. Also worthy of high praise are Alex Juarez and Jeb Kraft who designed the patio repair.
