Office Assistant/Brand Ambassador

What You Would Do

  • Cheerfully answer calls and promptly direct customers to the right place so they can be helped right away
  • Enthusiastically welcome visitors to our company
  • Prepare mailed information for our customers
  • Professionally and enthusiastically represent us at home/trade shows and other events and provide visitors with a remarkable experience
  • Drive to events and set up/take down our booths with easy-to-follow instructions



What We Need for this Role

  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A passion for connecting with people
  • Able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • Able to lift, transport, and assemble booth equipment – one person can do it!
  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
