What You Would Do
- Cheerfully answer calls and promptly direct customers to the right place so they can be helped right away
- Enthusiastically welcome visitors to our company
- Prepare mailed information for our customers
- Professionally and enthusiastically represent us at home/trade shows and other events and provide visitors with a remarkable experience
- Drive to events and set up/take down our booths with easy-to-follow instructions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
What We Need for this Role
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A passion for connecting with people
- Able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- Able to lift, transport, and assemble booth equipment – one person can do it!
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
