Update: COVID-19 and Our Commitment to Our Customers
Updated March 23, 2020
At Baird Foundation Repair, our primary concern has always been, and will continue to be the health and safety of our home owners and employees.
In light of the recent announcement by the City of San Antonio, we are adhering to the city’s definition of “essential businesses” which includes businesses that are “providing or maintaining infrastructure, such as the construction of public works, housing and other infrastructure that supports critical needs…”
So as of today, we are still serving our customers, but are taking extra precautions. Our team is here to serve you – providing free estimates and continuing projects to restore the safety of homes, but our office doors will be closed to visitors. We are following the latest safety procedures to minimize exposure and will be customizing your experience to limit the exposure and spread of COVID-19. If you had planned on visiting us at our office, please call, text, or email us to make other arrangements.
To protect the safety of our team, we ask if you or anyone you’ve come in contact with is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us so that we can reschedule your appointment to a later date. We are actively monitoring the situation and we will adjust and communicate with you as things change. We appreciate you trusting us and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Thank you.
To Our Valued Customers:
Now more than ever, restoring safety and value to your home is our top priority. And for that reason, Baird Foundation Repair is continuing to operate under our normal business hours to meet all your foundation, crawlspace, and concrete needs. As we all deal with preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we want you to know what steps we are taking to ensure our office and staff remain healthy and safe.
We are taking recommendations from the CDC in implementing the following protocols:
- Our Sales appointments allow for homeowners to practice social distancing for inspections inside the home. For all outdoor inspections, the homeowner is not required to be outside with us.
- Inspection reports can be discussed outdoors or virtually by customer request.
- Staff who typically interact with customers are required to follow hand-washing procedures put out by the CDC.
- We ask that anyone with fever or respiratory symptoms call us to reschedule their appointment for a later date. (See current CDC recommendation for days of quarantine prior to rescheduling.)
We will continue to monitor the situation and make changes based on CDC and government recommendations. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work together to ensure continued safety for all of us.
If you do need to reschedule your current appointment, please call us at 210-53-BAIRD or 361-317-8151 in Corpus Christi.
