Redefine Convention 2017

In March, our team had the opportunity of visiting exciting Omaha, Nebraska, for the Redefine 2017 Convention hosted by dealer Supportworks. While attending, we were introduced to some new products and tools like their “Marketing Library App.” This app provides us with tips and tools to help promote our company name in creative ways. We were also introduced to new PolyLevel products, that we soon hope to incorporate into our concrete lifting division.

John O’Leary, an inspirational and redefining leader, was a keynote speaker at the Convention. John was burned on over 90% of his body when he was just nine years old. In his speech, he spoke about ones “mundane”—being those little moments that make life so special. They’re the “I love you’s” throughout the day, the kisses at night, they are the little moments in life that we too often take for granted. This was necessary for us to hear because we all tend to forget to take time and enjoy life. It’s important for us to take a step back and remind ourselves why we do this. We here at Baird Foundation Repair truly believe in making our customers home safe and comfortable for them and their families.
REDEFINING OUR INDUSTRY, ONE HOME AT A TIME is our general purpose as to why we come to work every morning, why we strive to be the best and what pushes us to always do better. Our team is proud to be a part of the Supportworks’ “Redefine” movement.

A big thank you to Supportworks for putting together a great convention and presenting us with the 18th place award in foundation repair sales throughout the network. Not only did we learn a lot about the new products that came out but it was a perfect time to remind ourselves to step back and enjoy the mundane moment’s life has to offer.
