Raised the driveway 3 7/8 inches with the PolyLevel system. Worked perfectly well and the service manager was great. Josh and Dillon arrived on time and completed the repairs quickly and cleanly.

Thank you thank you for the great work these men did leveling my residence. I know this letter had been a long time coming. I hope these men are still with Baird so they will know their work is appreciated. After these men completed their work I was able to complete the remodel of an unfinished bathroom. Prior to these team members leveling my home, the floors were unleveled with large gaps of the floor and walls, their work restored all these issues and I was able to finish the work I started. Thank very much for the great work. I know when I signed the contract this company would send a crew of men to my home that I could trust and depend on to do the work I needed to be done. This is the second time I have used Baird Foundation Repair for leveling. I would never consider using any other foundation company. These men cleaned their work area every day as they moved around the house. If I asked questions about how or what they were doing all of the crew members were courteous to answer all questions.
Mr. Chaney and his entire staff at Baird Construction Co. were top notch! They were very helpful and explained everything they were doing. This was during a very rainy time in S.A. and they were neat and clean as possible in the bad weather. I'm assured they will have any problems that might come up in the life of my 5 year warrenty. From the first phone call answered, "It's a great day at Baird!" to the finished foundation project, we were/are very pleased. Crews were timely, admin support was supurb and the whole experience went from terrifying (aren't all foundation concerns?) to safe, sturdy and clean.
